These terms apply to all services in the areas of web design, funnel development, automations, and technical systems provided by withdario.

2. Services & Contract Formation

• The specific service is described in the offer
• The contract is concluded by accepting the offer via email or calendar booking

3. Prices & Payment Terms

• Prices in EUR, excl. VAT (unless stated otherwise)
• 50% at project start, 50% upon approval
• Payment due: 10 days net after invoice

4. Client’s Duty to Cooperate

• You provide content, approvals, and access data on time
• Delays may lead to timeline shifts

5. Usage Rights

• You receive a simple right of use for the developed systems
• Templates, frameworks, and tools remain the intellectual property of withdario

6. Liability

• Liability is limited to intentional or grossly negligent conduct
• No liability for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits

7. Confidentiality & Data Protection

Both parties commit to confidentiality. Data handling complies with Swiss data protection law (revDSG).

8. Place of Jurisdiction & Governing Law

• Place of jurisdiction: Arbon TG, Switzerland
• Swiss law applies exclusively
